We are delighted to announce that the exemplary collaboration between Corbett Keeling and DEX International M&A has culminated in the successful sale of Drake & Farrell B.V. to Logicall Trusted Logistics, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity.

Drake & Farrell, headquartered in the Netherlands, was at a critical stage in its growth journey and required a specialist M&A advisor within its local market to secure the best possible outcome for its sale. Recognising this need, Jim Keeling, CEO and Chairman of Corbett Keeling, to whom Drake & Farrell initially turned for advice, referred them to Martijn Peters, Founder and Managing Director at DEX International M&A, a trusted Globalscope partner. Logicall acquired all shares of Drake & Farrell from its founder and business partner, Jan Flens and René van Stoltz, and CEO, David Engel. This acquisition significantly enhances Logicall's cradle-to-cradle proposition and strengthens its reverse logistics and refurbishment capabilities. The integration of Drake & Farrell into Logicall’s operations is poised to advance sustainable electronic supply chain solutions, benefiting both companies and their clients, and reinforcing Drake & Farrell’s unwavering commitment to sustainability and reducing e-waste.
