Darren has over 20 years’ experience working in the healthcare and life sciences sector.  Having worked in applied human performance research, he moved into healthcare and life science executive recruitment, where he has built several life science focused recruitment businesses, including for Michael Page, Adamson & Partners, RSA, Eventum Partners and more recently Taylor Strategy Partners – a Syneos Health company. 

Through his career, Darren has worked with a wide variety of pharma, biotech, CRO, medtech, health services, data and digital health companies and is now the founder and Managing Director of Russell Strategy Partners, providing business development solutions to business / professional service firms in the “health science” sectors. He has been a member of Corbett Keeling healthcare sector team since 2017.
