Before joining Corbett Keeling in 2015, he spent five years at EY, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and advised on a wide range of transactions across multiple sectors. His experience spans everything from two deals worth over $100bn each to private equity exits and founder-led sales.

Harry specialises in advising shareholders of privately owned businesses on selling their companies, raising capital and making acquisitions. This includes advising QX Global Group, one of the world’s fastest growing business process management and consulting firms, in securing £100m+ growth investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners, a New York based private equity firm.

He takes great pleasure in working with some of the UK’s leading business owners and entrepreneurs, guiding them through what is often the most significant financial moment of their lives.
