John has over 30 years of investment banking experience in complex and high-profile financial transactions, specifically in the oil and gas sector. He has closed more than $600 million in oilfield services transactions including for Otis Eastern, Downing Wellhead, OMI Cranes, Pinnacle and Tex Mex. The range of his M&A experience extends from oil and gas pipeline construction to wellhead manufacturing and control devices, artificial lifts, pump jack installation and servicing, frac tank leasing and containment devices, mobile trailers, portable storage bins, offshore drilling platforms, oil field water transportation, equipment rental, roustabout services, oil field construction, drilling and well completion.

More widely, John has completed numerous financings with major international banks, public and private debt funds, private equity funds, high net worth individuals and family offices, on a domestic and international basis and has been directly involved in transactions with an aggregate value of more than $7 billion.

John is based in Texas where he has his own boutique advisory firm and is the current President of Globalscope. John is Corbett Keeling’s American Partner and advises clients in the Business Services and Industrials sector.
