Matt is a Corporate Finance Manager at Corbett Keeling. He joined as an Analyst in the summer of 2023 and was promoted in March 2025. This was in recognition of his dedication, expertise and his thoughtful, practical advice to our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

He manages the day-to-day running of deals from start to finish, working closely with directors and keeping everything on track. Over the past 18 months, he has gained valuable experience and played a key role in several high-profile transactions, including the sale of Native Places to the Numa Group and the sales of Teignmouth Maritime Services and HesselBerg-Hydro to Sullivan Street Partners. He is calm under pressure, has a sharp analytical mind and an eye for detail that makes a real difference to our clients.

Before moving into corporate finance, Matt was a professional rugby player for London Irish. He captained the first team and made over 50 appearances, as well as playing for England U20s in the Junior World Cup. He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of London and an MSc in Accounting and Financial Management.
