Milton has worked in the retail sector for more than 30 years, acting in a wide variety of roles across the sector; he has owned and run retail chains, provided consultancy services, acted as a turnaround specialist and offered merger and acquisition advice. More recently he has focused on advising retail groups facing significant challenges.

Milton was CEO of Celebrations Group and has held senior operational roles at a host of other UK retail companies including K Shoes, Burton Group, Woolworths, Courts, Bewise Group, NAAFI, Greeting Card Group and Scholl. At Corbett Keeling, Milton is a member of the consumer sector team.
