Paul studied Healthcare policy at Yale University and has worked in the health and social care sectors for over 25 years, advising the Department of Health, NHS England, NHS Digital and Public Health England and more recently NHSX, a new unit with responsibility for setting national policy and developing best practice for National Health Service technology, digital and data, including data sharing and transparency.

Paul also has extensive experience advising private companies in the sector and has guided leading healthtech and behaviour change start-ups in the UK and internationally, such as Huma, on their business strategies. At a time of change and opportunity in the health and social care sectors, Paul joined Corbett Keeling in 2020 to provide specialist advice to our clients in this sector.
