Pedro has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, with a strong track record in London acquisitions, sales and joint ventures. He has advised a wide range of clients from institutional investors to developers and is known for sourcing and executing complex off-market transactions.

He began his career in development funding before joining DTZ’s investment team, later becoming an equity partner at Fineman Ross where he worked for over two decades. In 2008, he co-founded Cortex Partners, leading landmark deals including a £200m asset swap between LaSalle and Derwent London and a £160m acquisition for RDI REIT. In 2018, Pedro set up Constantine Real Estate, focusing on strategic advisory and investment.
