
As Corporate Finance Director at Corbett Keeling, Rob plays a key role in delivering transactions and helping grow the firm. He leads deals from start to finish, guiding clients through their options and challenges to achieve the best possible outcome with a high level of certainty.
With over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Rob has worked on a wide range of transaction types, including buy- and sell-side advisory for public and private companies, mergers, defence advisory, IPOs, equity placements, and structured capital market financings. He has advised clients across sectors, from major global corporations such as BHP Billiton, JPMorgan, Mitsubishi Corp, and BP to The Official Receiver and smaller privately held ventures.
Before joining Corbett Keeling in 2023, Rob spent ten years in investment banking in London and Vancouver, followed by seven years in EY’s corporate finance team in London, working primarily with smaller companies.
Rob has a First-Class MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). Outside work, he is a keen guitarist and enjoys restoring historical vehicles.
