As Assistant Director, Sam plays a pivotal role in the execution of transactions, ensuring each deal progresses smoothly and surpasses our clients' expectations. A qualified accountant, he is adept at managing complex transactions simultaneously.

Sam's nine-year career began at PwC in New Zealand, eventually leading him to London, where he assumed significant advisory roles at EY and WPP, and most recently, at MCF Corporate Finance completing a notable £325m deal. He has worked on a variety of transactions across different sectors, mainly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms.

A graduate with a BCom in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago, Sam blends his professional expertise with a love for travel, sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.
