Corbett Keeling advised Native Holdings on their successful sale of Native Places to NUMA Group

Corbett Keeling is delighted to have advised Native Holdings on the sale of its short-stay business division, Native Places, to the NUMA Group.

We were entrusted by Native Holdings’ investors and shareholders to oversee a formal auction process. Initially, our targeted market approach was near completion when the chosen bidder withdrew due to internal financing issues. Demonstrating our agility and expertise, we promptly reassessed the situation and initiated a focused secondary process. This led us to identify the NUMA Group as a high-quality bidder, culminating in a swift and satisfactory agreement.

Guy Nixon, the founder of Native Places and CEO of Native Residential, said: “I’m thrilled to see Native Places becoming part of a pan-European platform offering our corporate and leisure guests an exciting choice of serviced apartments across a growing European network. I couldn’t be prouder of the Native Places brand and portfolio of assets that we’ve built over the years.”

This transaction marks a significant milestone for Native Holdings and reinforces Corbett Keeling’s commitment to delivering cash, certainty, and chemistry for our clients.
