Happy New Year! 2023 is a particularly special year for us – our 30th anniversary, which makes Corbett Keeling the oldest independent corporate finance firm in the City of London. We have been advising private business owners on buying, funding and selling businesses for three decades, through all the market ups and downs. Corbett Keeling was founded in 1993 by our Chairman and CEO, Jim Keeling, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who had run similar businesses.
To kick start 2023 in style, we can report that our global family of partner firms, Globalscope, closed more than €20 billion in M&A transactions in 2022 – our strongest year to date.
