We want to wish you a very Happy Christmas and New Year. It has been quite a year for us all – a political, social and economic rollercoaster. Our team is certainly ready for a rest!

Despite the challenges, we have kept very busy and in the first nine months of the year, our international family of advisers, Globalscope, closed M&A transactions valued at over €17.5 billion, more than double the €7.8 billion total in 2021.

We are finding more business owners than ever are wanting to talk to us about selling their company and we are happy to reassure them that there are still plenty of financial and trade buyers in the market. Recent transactions completed for our clients include the sales of businesses in Aberdeen, London and Cornwall, so our domestic client base is truly pan-UK.

We are very much looking forward to another busy year in 2023, which will mark 30 years since Corbett Keeling was founded!
